Galeria Bemowo zachęca do oddawania krwi

Galeria Bemowo zaprasza mieszkańców Bemowa do wzięcia udziału w akcji „Podaruj życie!”, która odbędzie się w sobotę, 6 kwietnia 2024 roku. Specjalny krwiobus będzie czekać na chętnych do oddania krwi przed wejściem do Galerii w godzinach 10.00-15.00. Akcja, organizowana we współpracy ze Stowarzyszeniem „Dać siebie innym”, ma na celu wsparcie dzieci zmagających się z chorobami onkologicznymi.

W obliczu ciągłej potrzeby krwi, szczególnie w ostatnim czasie, Galeria Bemowo podkreśla, że oddawanie krwi jest całkowicie bezpieczne i stanowi bezcenny wkład w ratowanie ludzkiego życia. Honorowe dawstwo krwi to gest solidarności i najbardziej bezpośrednia pomoc, jaką możemy ofiarować potrzebującym.

W sobotę, 6 kwietnia, w godz. 10.00-15.00 specjalnie przygotowany krwiobus będzie czekać na dawców przed Galerią Bemowo, a medycy zapewnią bezpieczne i higieniczne warunki oddawania krwi.

Kto może zostać dawcą?

  • osoby w wieku do 65 lat, a dla pierwszorazowych krwiodawców – do 60 lat,
  • osoby ważące przynajmniej 50 kg.

Przed oddaniem krwi, pamiętaj aby:

  • być w dobrym stanie zdrowia,
  • zachować trzeźwość,
  • być wypoczętym i po lekkim posiłku,
  • nawodnić organizm, pijąc około 2 litry płynów dzień przed donacją,
  • mieć przy sobie dokument tożsamości.

Każdy, kto zdecyduje się na ten szlachetny gest, przyczyni się do uratowania życia i poprawy zdrowia wielu dzieci. Zachęcamy również do oddawania płytek krwi w Stacji Krwiodawstwa na ul. Saskiej 63/75, dostępnej w godzinach 7.00-13.00.

Nie bądź obojętny, dołącz do nas 6 kwietnia i „Podaruj życie!”. Twoja decyzja może mieć nieoceniony wpływ na zdrowie i przyszłość wielu dzieci.

Organizatorem akcji jest Stowarzyszenie „Dać siebie innym”. Partnerami akcji są hipermarket Carrefour i Woseba.
